Graeme Kerr Building
Contractors cc was established
in 2001 as a construction company, focusing primarily on
the domestic market. This includes the construction of
new houses, renovations, alterations and additions to
existing houses. Whilst the focus remains on the
domestic market, Graeme Kerr Building Contractors has
also carried out successful commercial projects such as
showrooms and parking decks for clients, including Engen
and Hyundai, and the renovation and construction of
existing and new churches, amongst others.
Our strong team is headed up by
Graeme Kerr who has over 30 years experience in the
industry, including 20 years with major construction
companies such as LTA, Grinaker, Stocks & Stocks plus
Gordon, Verhoef & Krause (GVK Siya Zama). Graeme
is a qualified industry professional holding a National
Diploma in Construction Supervision. Our commercial
departments of estimating, quantity surveying and
contract management bring a wealth of experience in
management and implementation, complemented by a team of
experienced construction supervisors, foreman and
craftsmen, making up a labour force of over 100
competent and hardworking men and women.
We staff our sites according to the
levels of difficulty, programme requirements and size of
projects. All sites are under constant supervision by at
least one working foreman reporting to a supervisor,
under the management of the Contracts Management. We
have all the necessary plant and equipment to carry out
several contracts at a time without compromising any
individual project. |
